R&B Yin Yoga - Relax & Restore - June 21st

If your body has been feeling tight, your stress levels have been high, and your mind refuses to slow down, this is your sign to reset. Join me on Sunday June 21st from 12:30pm to 1:30pm for the next R&B Yin Yoga pop up inspired by the Kings of R&B.

This month’s playlist is dedicated to the legendary men whose music gave us timeless vibes and unforgettable slow jams. Expect Michael Jackson, Luther Vandross, Jodeci, Usher, and more while you move through deep stretches designed to help your body release tension and your nervous system finally relax.

BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I believe yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
