R&B (Roses & Blossom) Circle: Yin yoga, community, and creative expression

soften with us in person at our R&B circle, "roses and blossom" and honor the feminine energy of this weekend celebrated as "Mother's Day." let's nurture ourselves and find stillness through yin yoga, meditation, journal writing/creative expression, and music/sound and being in community.
our yin yoga practice that will focus on heart and hip openers. yoga tells us to connect, yin tells us to slow down.
yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga asana that asks us to hold poses for 2 or more minutes and gets deep into our fascia/connective tissue. you do not need to have previous experience and you have permission to honor your body by moving in ways that feel good to you.
this will be a space to come as you are, and give you time and space to tend to your mind and body while being with others in community. there will also be time in the end to just hang out, crystal shop, and enjoy the outside :)
