This course includes the Rajyoga meditation technique, spiritual knowledge, discussions, and Q&A sessions.

Schedule:

• Starting: Tuesdays, June 16th, 2026
• Times: 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
• Sessions: 10 weeks | In-Person & Online
• Location: Brahma Kumaris Vancouver Centre
• Language: English

We highly encourage attending in person at the centre for the best experience. If that's not possible, the course will also be available online via Zoom.
