Raha is A somatic space where movement, expression, sensing and creativity meets meditation and becomes a path for self exploration. It is an experience we craft together through music rhythm & melodies, synchronizing our movement, and harmonizing our voices into a symphony.
With this approach, we ultimately want to turn off the chatters of our mind and immerse into the sensory experience of ourselves. Where the language is the language of our senses, our feelings and emotional resonance.
In Raha, we Elevate and enhance the quality of our presence, taking steps towards becoming a more fully embodied authentic expression of self, that also deepens our authentic connection to others.
