Sonny will guide you through reconnection with yourself, activation of your body/mind/spirit, and decompression from stress, anxiety, grief, and depression.
Beyond pain lies empowerment. Breath is the path.
Please arrive within 15 minutes early to prepare ample time for parking and setting up your space for the breathwork.
The breathwork class will begin promptly at 7 PM and nobody will be allowed inside once class begins.
START UP WELLNESS is located on the 2nd floor of the building.

Door will open on your left, take elevator to floor 2.
