Queer youth book chat at Hobart Library
About this Event
This month's theme is 'Slice of LIfe'.
Queer youth led book chat is here! Bring your favourite queer read, relax and connect with others. Snacks provided, a welcoming vibe and monthly catch ups to keep the conversation going.
📅 When: Monday 31 August, 4:30–5:30pm
📍 Where: Hobart Library (Level 1)
🎯 Theme: Slice of LIfe
👥 Who: Senior secondary students (ages 15–19)
🎟 Spots: Limited to 20 participants
Snacks provided and the vibe is low key and friendly. There’s no pressure - just come along, listen and chat as much or as little as you like.
This is a new monthly series, so it’s a great chance to help shape a regular queer youth gathering centred around stories, conversation and community.
Bookings required.
Ages 15-19.

- Let us know if you can't come - we'll cancel your booking so others can register instead.
