Queer Yoga Session with Lavender Nights & Inner Bliss Yoga
About this Event
Join us for a yoga and mindfulness session led by Inner Bliss Yoga.
Our session is a beginner friendly, queer safe space with a focus on mindfulness, wellbeing and embodied movement. The session is a chance to connect with the community and also nurture self care and queer joy.
We are planning to host regular Queer Yoga Sessions, with the aim of raising money & awareness for different charities. This session will be raising money for Safe Space Merseyside & Trans Binder Exchange.
Timings:
12:00pm: Arrival & settle in.
12:10pm: Yoga & Mindfulness session begins
13:10pm - 14:00pm - Post class relax & social with herbal tea (provided!)
Our event will be held in the indoor space at Botanical Garden, 5 New Bird St, Liverpool L1 0DN.
There will be no changing rooms/ showers avaialble, but there are toilets at the venue.
Please bring your own mats as we only have a limited amount available.
Our event is for anybody who identifies as a queer. The space will be a queer safespace and we have a zero tolerance for any form of discrimination/harrassment.
Our event is for those 18+.
There will be photography and videography at the event - if you don't wish to be photographed then please contact a member of staff at the event.
