Queer Ecology Family Walk
About this Event
Queer Ecology Family Walk
Did you know that fungi are non binary, that many animal species from unique family groups, or that our favourite chip-nabbing friends - the seagulls - are in fact lesbian icons?!
Join Environmental Educator, Abi (they/them), for a day in the Forest connecting with nature in new and empowering ways, reimagining our understanding of the natural world and celebrating the diversity of all living things. After our guided walk we will arrive at The Hive where we will have lunch. Following this, take part in a zine making and collaging workshop, before walking back to Chingford.
This event is for LGBTQ+ families and children.
