Queer & Trans yoga is a class for self-identified LGBTQIA2+ folks to unfurl, find embodiment, build resilience, and connect deeply in community through movement, breathwork, meditation, and living philosophy.
This practice is led by Jacoby Ballard and is open to and supportive of yoga students of all experience levels.
