SUNDAY YOGA AT FISHER

Swing on down for some Sunday yoga at Fisher! For the month of November, Betsy McKinney is taking over the the event space and turning it into an intimate yoga studio every Sunday afternoon.

Betsy has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has nearly 8 years of teaching experience. This Texas native moved to Utah in 2020 and has loved sharing her passion for vinyasa flow yoga and creative sequencing with the local community. Whether you're a new or seasoned yogi, she provides a fun, fluid, and playful practice to get you out of your head and into your body!

Every Sunday, she will be teaching two 45 minutes classes. The 11:15 class will be catered more for beginners, while the 12:15 class will be designed for all levels. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to check in and sign the liability waiver for the class. When your're done, feel free to stick around for a pint or two! Cheers
