Join us for Seasons of Self, a heart-centered workshop series honoring the cycles of nature through yoga, mindfulness, and ritual.
Across four gatherings, we will align our practice with the rhythm of the changing seasons, celebrating the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice.
Each seasonal workshop offers a unique experience designed to help you connect with nature, find balance, and embrace transformation.
This series is designed for practitioners of all levels. Each gathering will include a blend of all-levels yoga, mindfulness exercises, group rituals, and time for community sharing, creating a sacred space to honor the turning of the seasons and connect deeply with yourself and others.
