It relaxes your brain & stimulates it to let go of thoughts
It connects you with a deeper part of yourself, making your inner voice more accessible
At the same time, the drum shakes up heavy metals & the emotions bound to them.
And your higher power, the spirit world works on your energy to either cleanse, lift up or create protection.

Connecting with your inner creative fire - the fire that destroys what you don't need & gives warmth & power to what you need to grow.
If it's out of balance, we get burnt out or we attract the wrong things in our lives. It is so important to balnce it.
So in this workshop, we focus on balancing the fire - energetically & with healing images through the drum journey & cognitively with guided meditation & life coaching.
2) 16/5 Your Inner Truth - Power Animal Journey

This workshop is created to stimulate your alignment with truth.
Staying centered is so important, as we all live in times where we need to find where we as a "puzzle piece" fit into the big world puzzle. If we listen to other's thruth about us, we don't live our lives, but that of the "encodings" we've gotten, through our upbringing, school & life.
This journey helps center & find the power animal that symbolises the powers you need to connect with in yourself to live your true better & brighter.
In traditional shamanism a drum journey can allow you to connect with the spirit of the animal, with a more western approach, the animal is a metaphor of yourself, showing you the qualities that you should work on to make your intention come through.
The journey helps you start to "be your own clairvoyant".
This journey is just before Pentecost (Pingst) that we celebrate because the Holy Spirit came down on Earth to talk to the disciples.

Your guide, Mouschka Drouzy is a therapeutical life coach working with empowerment, inner child, ancestral healing, psychoenergetical therapy, gestalt therapy & channelled visualisations.
Based in her knowledge from Reiki, from multiple workshops & ceremonies with western & indigenous shamans & most of all the guidance that's come through her drums, Mouschka has travelled Scandinavia for 9 years offering drum journeys to thousands of people since the very first time she beat her drum.
All of it on a foundation of a 2½ year long therapeutical Life Coach training, with 18 years experience training & a masters in post-colonial identity.
Being a double entrepreneur offering services she hasn't been schooled in, Mouschka comes with an energy of daring to jump into the new & trusting your inner power.
