Budding trees and brighter evenings. Moving into a new season we get reminded that nature is constantly changing - and so are we. Leaving behind what was and heading into a new season can stir up emotions and put your everyday life into perspective. What would happen if we asked ourselves: what can I do to take care of myself going into spring?

🌿 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗞 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗡 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗠𝗘𝗥
Martin will hold a workshop in edible plants and herbs in the city. It will be a walk in the area to see what edible and interesting plants we find to highlight, as well as tips on ways to utilize them in various ways. Martin Hollmer is an experienced facilitator who has done workshops many times before in connection with his interest in cultivation, food issues, and knowledge of nature

💬 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗥𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗔 𝗝𝗢𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗦𝗢𝗡
Hanna will hold an introductory and beginner-friendly workshop in circling, a method used to help people express their true self and practice active listening in relationship with others. Hanna Johansson is a certified facilitator via Circling Europe since 2020 and is currently assisting on weekend immersions and trainings outside of Gothenburg.

🖐 𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗖𝗛 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗘𝗔 𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗
Ea will hold an introductory workshop in touch and connection. This is a workshop with tantra-inspired practises (non-sensual/non-sexual), where you’ll learn how to explore your connection to others in a safe and fun way.
Ea is a tantra therapist with a passion for helping people experience the power of safe authentic encounters. She believes in the inherent power of being part of a safe group and in each person’s own inner place where we can allow ourselves to grow and heal.
When Ea leads, it is always with motherly assurance and with a twinkle in her eye. You are invited to her safe atmosphere where she helps you both by letting you meet yourself and guides you into deep encounters with others. Over several years, Ea has accumulated knowledge such as; Reiki Master, Hatha/Yin Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Actor, Conflict Counselor and Mediator. Ea is a co-founder of the holistic center Mahalaya in Gothenburg.

Linda is an esoteric artist, a writer of comicnovels, a creator of magic tarot decks and a semiserious reader of tarot cards. Get the chance to meet her, pull a card and see what your inner world wants to tell you.
