The weekend is a celebration of your true Nature. As a loving & powerful being.
This is a weekend to connect with the essence of Mary Magdalene & Yeshua inside you, meaning who you are in your pure essence.
During this retreat, the channeled meditations, the breathing & ceremonies will activate the essence of light in us.
The Drum journey will give insight & tools to integrate more of your truth.
The coaching, excercises & drum healing will help you live that truth.
The program is created to stimulate what lifts you up, help you resonate with your highest & most loving potential, and explore or expand your healing abilities through working with the drum, both receiving & giving healing.
And off course, what Mouschka does well, hold you while meeting & releasing any blockage that might come up.
We'll do some excercises that'll embody this high potential.
Mary Magdalene was preaching the value of being a human, living an embodied life. The roots are the most important.
Yeshua, among others, pointed to the value of saying a clear yes & a clear no.
From a place of rooting & knowing our boundaries, we can truly grow & align with our true self.
A weekend of body, mind & soul. A balance of light & shadows inside you. Of your true soul essence in harmony with you humanness.
I've chosen the weekend of Pentecost, as this is when The Holy Spirit was said to descend on the disciples & in these energies, your inner holiness will have a greater chance to take root inside <3

Obs! Clarification!
The name Jesus can awake a lot of emotions in many different people, pleasant or unpleasant. When I talk about Yeshua & Mary Magdalene, there's nothing religious in it. It is an honouring of symbols of healing, of the divine masculine & feminine, of people who once lived on earth as an example for us. Not dying for our sins, but showing us how to not sin (involving the real meaning of sin as opposed to something that is to be punished).

<3 PRELIMINARY PROGRAM (we follow the needs of the group)
On Friday:
We will use breath & power words to connect deeper & cleanse (a breath that was used by Yeshua & Mary Magdalene).
We'll form an intention from a deeper place with parts of the Cut-to-the-Core Method & sending it out ceremonially (meaning with prayer).
We'll do a guided meditative, blindfolded dance to release, relax, dance into the inner core & power & rise up energetically.
On Saturday:
We'll use visualisation of light & using sound to activate the manifestating power of your brain.
Clear Yes's & No's are the foundation for standing in our power & have integrity.
Yeshua told us to have a clear yes & a clear no. We will explore how your boundaries feel & how you have been "coded" to say yes or no. To be more conscious aout how you choose.
You'll go on a healing drum journey to let go in your heart, body & brain & be healed by the drum.
You'll search to connect with who you'd be if you lived the love of Mary Magdalene or Yeshua, what is your loving, powerful archetype?
In the evening we'll do an "Honouring of Life Ceremony" where we call upon all we believe in, all we want to bring into our lives & honour & we'll honour each other in a healing blessing ceremony.
On Sunday:
You'll learn how to get answers from Nature any time you have a new challenge.
You'll be initiated into healing with the shamanic drum. Or get inputs to move further if you already tried.
This part is also inspired by Gestalt Therapy.

All along:
You'll share & mirror yourself in likeminded souls - and get Life Coaching to help you go deeper into your dreams & blockages where you can't do it yourself.

Your guide, Mouschka Drouzy is a therapeutical life coach working with empowerment, inner child, ancestral healing, psychoenergetical therapy, gestalt therapy & channelled visualisations.
