Join the kittens of All Fur One for a fun and relaxing yoga class led by Lori Nazzaro Roland, a Certified Yoga Instructor.
The class will be held inside the AFO Rescue facility. Unwind, stretch, and strengthen alongside playful kittens in this heart-warming, gentle vinyasa flow class! This class blends mindful movement, core engagement, and gentle flow with the joy of curious kittens exploring the space. Purrfect for all levels; it's a fun way to connect with your body, reduce stress, and maybe even find a new furry best friend. Expect purrs, poses, and plenty of smiles!
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in prior to class starting. Wear comfortable clothing and please bring a yoga mat, towel, and any yoga props you may need to be comfortable.

Pre-Approved Adopters: If you are pre-approved, you'll have the exciting opportunity to adopt on the same day!
Not Yet Approved: If not, you'll still get to meet a pet but will need to submit an adoption form and adopt on another day by appointment at our rescue facility.
