Healing Through Creativity - Art Therapy

Healing Through Creativity is an art-based therapy program designed to provide a safe, supportive space for expression, reflection, and connection. Through guided creative activities, participants are encouraged to explore emotions, reduce stress, and find moments of calm and clarity along their journey with Parkinson’s.
No artistic experience is needed — this program is about the process, not the product. Whether painting, drawing, or creating with mixed media, participants are supported in expressing what words often cannot, while connecting with others in a compassionate, understanding environment.
