Join us for puppy yoga, where you can add joy and relaxation to your day. Stretch into calming yoga poses while being surrounded by the delightful playfulness of puppies!

  • Puppy Playtime: Experience the joyful energy of playful /cuddly puppies as they explore.
  • Support a Cause: Help our furry friends develop social skills and enjoy a lively play session.

Feel a special connection with one of our adorable puppies? They’re all available for adoption!

The puppies for this session are from Central Missouri Humane Society.
