This outdoor community sound bath blends crystal bowls, gong, drums, and chimes to create resonance that calms the body and helps reset the nervous system. The backdrop won’t be silent—cicadas and evening sounds will be part of the symphony.
We’ll settle in as the sun sets, drop under at dusk, and close the evening with sparklers.
All are welcome. Come exactly as you are.
WHAT TO BRING
- Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort
- Layers for warmth (energy work is weird!)
- Water
Please bring your own mat/blanket if you have one. If not, let me know ahead of time and I can bring extras. If lying down isn’t comfortable, feel free to bring a lawn chair or whatever works best for you.
