Mindfulness Meditation Monday

Reset your energy at our Mindfulness Meditation session. It’s the perfect chance to explore meditation in a no pressure setting. Remember, meditation is a practice, not a preformance!

The first 30 minutes will be meditation and gentle stretching. The next 30 minutes will be mindfulness coloring pages/journaling with the oppurtunity to ask mindfulness questions.
