Forest Bathing Walk
Advertisement
A slow, guided group walk through nature focused on sensory awareness and nervous system reset. This is not a workout or a race — we’ll move gently, pause often, and take in the environment.
Wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Please ensure you're adequately protected from insects - we will have bug spray on-site, but it may not be what you want. All levels welcome.
We will generally plan to embark around 7pm - we'll meet in the gathering area for that night starting around 6:30. Each walk will vary in length - there is potential some longer trails could run a little past 8:30pm.
