Get ready for the ultimate serotonin boost!
Join us for a morning of movement and puppies....and with a purpose.
This all-levels yoga class is designed to be approachable, playful, and fun, featuring sweet (and sometimes silly) interruptions from adorable, adoptable puppies roaming the room. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, this experience is truly about connection, laughter, and community.
✨ Even better:
A portion of every ticket sold goes directly to SGAR to help support their ongoing rescue, care, and adoption efforts.
Your downward dogs help real dogs find loving homes. 🐾
No yoga experience needed - just bring a mat or even just a beach towel (we'll also have mats available for rent - $5 cash or Venmmoe), and come ready to smile!
