��� BIG NEWS! Introducing PULSE PERFORMANCE Netball Training Academy! ���
I’m so excited to officially launch PULSE PERFORMANCE, a netball training academy designed to help young players develop their skills, confidence, fitness, and passion for the game in a fun, supportive environment.
Whether you’re new to netball or looking to take your game to the next level, these sessions will focus on building strong fundamentals while helping players grow both on and off the court.
� Starting August 2026
� Hillcrest High School
� Every Thursday before league
Training Groups:
� Ages 8–10: 14:15 – 15:00 R300 per month
� Ages 11–13: 15:15 – 16:15 R320 per month
� Ages 14–18: 16:15 – 17:15 R320 per month
� Sessions follow a structured 4-week rotation:
• Week 1: Basic Skills & Fundamentals
• Week 2: Fitness, Conditioning & Agility
• Week 3: Attack Skills
• Week 4: Defence Skills
� Plus 10 minutes of game play every week to put those skills into action!
� FIRST SESSION FREE! �
Adult players looking for individual coaching are also welcome to arrange private sessions at a separate day and time.
As someone who has played netball for 17 years and coached for the last 5 years, I can’t wait to share my passion for the sport and help players grow in skill, confidence, and performance.
