This year, Proud 2 b Parents is proudly embracing Manchester Pride’s theme, “No Place Like Home” — celebrating the idea that home is not just a place, but the people who love, support, and stand beside us.
For LGBTQ+ families, home can be built in many different ways. Through our parade entry, we’ll celebrate the diverse journeys that create and shape our families — including pregnancy, adoption, fostering, surrogacy, donor conception, co-parenting, kinship care, and chosen family.
Together, we’ll march through Manchester to show that LGBTQ+ families belong, are valued, and deserve to feel safe, visible, and celebrated. Because when we are surrounded by love, acceptance, and community, there truly is no place like home. 🌈
