About this Event
This event is for youth organisations supporting LGBTQ+ young people, Families with LGBTQ+ young people wanting to join us for the first time.
Youth Pride Parade Day Sign‑Up
The Proud Place will be open from 9:30am for young people to come in, get ready, have breakfast, and settle into the Pride vibes before we head out.
Between 10:30–11:00am, we’ll walk together to the parade start line. Our official walk time is 12:00pm, so we’ll have plenty of time to get into position, take photos, and hype each other up.
We’ll arrive back at The Proud Place at around 1:30pm, where activities will be running across all three floors and outside on the street.
Expect live music, Drag School performances, a community art project, gender‑affirming makeup sessions, and loads more.
(All activities are open to all attendees; however, due to a limited amount of resources, the gender‑affirming makeup session will be a bookable session via our Eventbrite page.)
Media Consent (Under 18s)
If you’re under 18, you’ll need a media consent form completed by your guardian.
This will be sent out one week before the event via Google Forms.
