Please join the Greater Memphis Financial Empowerment Center, West TN Legal Services, Shelby County Probate Court Clerk and the Memphis Public Library Genealogy librarian to learn more about free resources available to you. This includes free will preparation, free Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive, and genealogy materials available at the Orange Mound Branch. The Probate Court Clerk's Office will explain their structure, purpose and fees associated with the different services provided.
