Come as you are—comfy sweats, hoodies, warm, loose clothing encouraged. Bring your yoga mat if you have one; a limited number will be available to borrow in a pinch.

This restorative yoga class is intentionally prop-less. No blocks, bolsters, or fancy equipment—just your body, your breath, and gravity doing the work. You’ll be guided through gentle, supported shapes that flow naturally from one to the next, without the interruption of setting up or adjusting props.

The goal is twofold:
• To experience deep rest and nervous system down-regulation
• To learn how restorative yoga can be practiced at home with minimal tools—no barriers, no excuses

This class is slow, grounding, and accessible for all levels. Perfect if you’re tired, overwhelmed, new to yoga, or craving rest that actually feels doable in real life.

$15 per class + tips (support the collective💙)

Cash is also accepted. Must still register with me or through Eventbrite, gotta keep a head count.

NO credit/ debit cards accepted onsite.

YOU MUST secure your spot through payment preferably or pre-registration on Eventbrite or by contacting me. I ask to please notify me ASAP if you need to cancel for any reason.
Minimum of 3 people must register for the class to run.
Walk-ins are welcome as long as there’s room!
Must be 16+ to attend.
PARKING
There is strict but FREE 90-minute parking out front. If you think you wanna hang out catch dinner in the area there is a parking garage across the street on Stolp that charges $1/hr after one hour or $5/day, If you dont mind a lil walk there is FREE FREE parking along Benton–one block south of us.
LOCATION & ENTRANCE
We are located on the SW corner of Downer and Stolp, on the 2nd floor of the red brick building with the icicle lights in the white bay windows up above.
Our entrance is facing Downer and under a blue, half-moon awning in a brick alcove with our logo above the door.
The east side of the building spells out “Zen Loft” in the windows above.
