About the Instructor: Mallory Dobbs is the founder of Gusana Yoga and a 700‑hour certified Hatha yoga instructor with over five years of teaching experience. Her gentle, inclusive classes emphasize proper alignment, accessible modifications, meditation, and intentional movement so students can feel supported in their bodies and minds. Mallory also incorporates yoga philosophy into each class, allowing students to explore the roots of yoga, including the limbs of yoga, chakras, and ancient teachings — all in a way that feels approachable, grounding, and practical for everyday life.
In addition to teaching yoga, Mallory is a REALTOR® and is known as a big-picture thinker who connects people, places, and possibilities. Her work—both in real estate and wellness—is rooted in helping people feel grounded, supported, and aligned with where they want to go next.
Mallory brings this same philosophy to her yoga instruction, inviting students to slow down, listen to their bodies, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and community-centered environment.
