Community Yoga for Healing (Free Series)

Healing starts with access — and community.

Beginning in April, The Aura Foundation is offering free community yoga sessions led by Mallory as part of our Community Wellness initiatives. These gentle, inclusive classes are designed to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing through movement and breath.

This series is intentionally created for individuals who may benefit from supportive, trauma-informed wellness experiences. Classes are beginner-friendly and focused on creating a safe, welcoming environment for all bodies and experience levels.

Who this is for:
This program is offered through partner referrals and community organizations supporting individuals and families in need of accessible wellness resources.
