Queen of Descent: Seasonal Initiation (Samhain)

Hail & Welcome, Wild Witches!

Lauren (Communion of the Wild Witch) and Shelli (Earth & Sky Holistic Healing) are honored to co-create an inclusive container to celebrate Samhain (an Earth-based holiday) as our wild, witchy selves.

This is a Goddess-centered, Earth-honoring ceremony that welcomes people of all backgrounds who feel called to gather in reverence, embodiment, and community. Whether this is your first ritual or one of many, you are invited to come as you are.

Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat (no worries if you don't have one—just let us know beforehand so we can prepare), and something to add to the communal altar we will build together. This can include symbols of Samhain (descent, death, transformation, etc.), photos of ancestors (the veil is at its thinnest this night!), and/or something you feel called to offer the Goddess.

If you have any specific needs, please let us know beforehand so we can support and accommodate you to the best of our abilities.

We will begin the evening by creating a communal altar and entering Sacred Feminine ceremony. This includes casting a circle, journeying with Persephone and Hekate, engaging in ritual, and dancing to Florence + the Machine!

For the ceremony, we invite everyone to wear black to honor the season and its energy.

After the ceremony, tea and treats (vegan and gluten-free) will be offered as we gather in community to celebrate the thinning of the veil and the turning of the seasons. Please feel free to bring your tarot and/or oracle decks!

This gathering is offered through a community care model. If you're able to purchase a Supporter Ticket, your generosity helps make future gatherings and scholarship opportunities more accessible.
