Ready to stop guessing and start progressing? We got you!The Progression Series is a six-week journey designed to transform your riding.Whether you’ve been on the trails for a few months or a few years, this series helps you break through plateaus, boost your confidence, and maximize your flow.
We know every rider is different. That’s why we organize our small, supportive groups by skill level—ensuring beginners can build foundations at their own pace, while more experienced riders are appropriately challenged. No judgment, no intimidation—just the right level of progression for you.
What We’ll Master:
Each two-hour session focuses on the essential techniques that make mountain biking feel effortless:
🎯Stability & Control: Refine your body position for all types of terrain.
🎯Flow & Momentum: Master braking and gear selection to keep your momentum.
🎯Climbing & Descending: Cadence, body position and shifting to master the ups and downs.
🎯Cornering: Learn to lean, look, and flow through berms and switchbacks.
🎯Technical Features: Safely develop skills to tackle obstacles like roots, wheel lifts, drops, and jumps.
Over six weeks, you’ll gain the muscle memory and "trail vision" needed to unlock a whole new level of riding stoke! And make new riding friends!
Guelph Lake: Mondays, 6:00-8:00 PM (May 4 – June 8)
Who is this for?
This series is for beginner & intermediate riders of all genders aged 18 and up. (While we love seeing young riders getting stoked, these sessions are designed specifically for adult learning styles and pacing.)
