About this Event
All in scope staff are welcome to attend this Job Insights event, and it will be particularly useful if you have been asked to rank your preference for different roles in the new models.
Attendance is optional and will not give individuals an advantage when it comes to the selection process.
Date, time and venue
This informal drop-in event is taking place in the Guild, in the Elizabeth Gidney and Nelson Mandela Rooms, and you can pop along anytime between 2 and 4pm on Tuesday 17 March.
Who will be there
Directors and managers representing each of the three streams will be at the event and you will be able to chat to them about the type of work that you can expect to do in different roles in their areas.
Colleagues from HR will also be there to answer general queries on the formal Expression of Interest stage and proposed appointment and selection processes.
Plus, you will be able to talk to colleagues from Organisational Development about the support and guidance that will be available if you need to complete a selection process to confirm your new position.
It is important to note that we will not be able to provide:
- Specific details on the appointment and selection processes that may apply to you – this information can only be provided once the formal Expression of Interest stage has been completed.
- Information on when you can expect to move into your new role, who your line manager will be or when you will be expected to work on campus. This information will be confirmed once all in scope staff have been appointed to their new roles.
