- Integrating AI: risks; codes of conduct ; controlling access ; guidance from SRA, APIL, Bar Council, impact on lawyers & clients; consent; GDPR;
- Practical AI uses; automation v AI; Fletch/Harvey/Copilot
- Case study: Looking at a use case - looking at expert quality and how we would start to determine this , setting parameters/ SME input; analysing the cohort; using cGPT or other LLMs in analysing content, the limitations of AI , particularly when using a localised data source v an open tool
