Our journey again this week will start with SILLY SOMATIC GAMES for us to ground in and shake off the external, societal bullshit.
I will be guiding you through the the Primal Breath Practice, supporting you through diaphragm activation, air economy, progressive muscle relaxation, Primal Voice Activation, and Somatic Release.
I am very excited to share that we will be joined by the primal voicings of Throat Singer, @Bassam Kashgari, who will be supporting our practice, and Primal Voice Sound Bath.
