PRIDE YOGA — A Monthly Class for the LGBTQIA+ Community sponsored by Project Yoga MOV.Join us for Pride Yoga, a monthly gathering created to celebrate, support, and uplift our LGBTQIA+ community. This beginner-friendly class offers a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, and simply be yourself...no experience needed, and all identities, expressions, and bodies are honored here.
Each session blends gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and grounding relaxation practices designed to reduce stress, release tension, and nurture a deeper sense of belonging in your body. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat, this class invites you to move at your own pace and explore what feels good and supportive for you.
But Pride Yoga is more than a class...it’s community. When we gather together with shared intention, we create space for connection, empowerment, and healing. Showing up for yourself becomes an act of self-care, and showing up with others becomes an act of collective care. Together, we cultivate resilience, celebrate authenticity, and support mental and emotional wellbeing.
