This 4-week series with ChrisAnn is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in yoga through alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. You’ll be guided through fundamental poses at a slower pace, allowing time for exploration, instruction, and modifications. This gentle vinyasa-style flow helps improve flexibility, balance, and strength while cultivating a calm, focused mind. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and willingness to move. In this 4-week series, classes will be offered on Tuesdays in January (Beginning on the 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th) at 6-7:15pm. $55/4 week series. Registration is required.
