Restorative Yoga is slow, restful yoga with fully supported poses (held for 5-15 minutes, each), which are great for incorporating rest and relaxation. Paired with a book of your choice, you'll be invited to enjoy some quality reading and resting time.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, as well as a couple warm blankets, and a yoga bolster or VERY firm/thick pillow or stuffed animal. Please dress for comfort and movement.
If you have any additional yoga props like blocks, straps, etc., please bring them, too.

Sensory Notes: We often turn the lights out for this class, in case you want to bring a reading light.
Parking: Parking is free on Market street in the evenings.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone want to be in your photos. 🙂
We do not offer refunds or credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class.
