Join us as we close out Pride Month with an evening of movement, community, celebration, and connection.

PRIDE: Power + Peace is a welcoming event designed for LGBTQ+ community members, allies, friends, and families to come together in a space where everyone is encouraged to show up exactly as they are.

The evening will begin with your choice of:

🚲 Spin with Ali Nyquist from Amplifly
OR
💃 Dance Fitness with Morgan Grady from Honey B. Fit

No experience is necessary for either option. Whether you're a seasoned cyclist, a first-time dancer, or simply looking for a fun way to move your body, this event is for you.

Afterward, everyone will come together for:

🧘‍♀️ Community Yoga led by Zachary Ryan from Akupara Yoga

As we transition from Power into Peace, we'll slow down, breathe deeply, and celebrate the end of Pride Month together.

This event is open to all fitness levels and all identities. Our goal is simple: to create a space where people can connect, celebrate Pride, and spend an evening surrounded by community.

🎟 Pay What You Can Admission
A suggested donation of $20 helps support the event, but all are welcome. We believe community should be accessible, and no one will be turned away for inability to contribute.

Important Notes:
• Spin bike spaces are limited to 16 participants and are available on a first-registered basis.
• Please select either Spin or Dance Fitness during registration.
• Once bike spots are filled, additional Spin selections will be added to the waitlist.
• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. A limited number of mats will be available to borrow.
• Food and beverages from Chow Town vendors are available for separate purchase.
