Pregnancy can bring a lot of change, physically, mentally and emotionally. This six week course offers a calm, supportive space to move, rest and connect with your body as you prepare for birth.
Designed for the second and third trimesters, each session will include gentle pregnancy friendly movement, breathing techniques and relaxation, alongside elements inspired by hypnobirthing such as visualisation and positive affirmations.
You’ll have time to ease common areas of tension, explore ways to feel more comfortable as your body changes and learn simple practices you can return to at home and during labour.
The course is also a chance to spend some quiet, uninterrupted time connecting with your baby and to meet other pregnant people at a similar stage.
About CAMYOGA
CAMYOGA is an independent yoga and movement studio in the heart of Cambridge. Our classes are welcoming, friendly and taught by experienced teachers, with plenty of space to practise at your own pace.
You’re very welcome if this is your first experience of yoga. Jagoda will offer options throughout the sessions and all yoga equipment is provided.
Our studio is at 14 George IV Street, Cambridge, CB2 1HH. The yoga studios are on the second floor of the building and are accessed by stairs.

The supported rate is there for anyone who would find the standard course price difficult at the moment. There is no application or proof required. Simply choose the option that works for you.
