Join us for the Book Launch: The Colours Between - The Life and Work of Julia Ball.
The new book edited by Liz Rothschild features contributions from notable figures from the Cambridge art, poetry, and academic scenes including Wendy Mulford, Elspeth Owen, Denise Riley, Amy Tobin, Harriet Tarlo, and Harriet Lofler.
The launch event will feature a brief introduction from Liz Rothschild and Ronald Pile, followed by a short talk from Amy Tobin.
Amy is a writer, Fellow of Newnham College, Professor of Modern and Contemporary Art History, and Curator of Contemporary Art at Kettle’s Yard at the University of Cambridge.
The launch will take place at Openspace, a beautiful arts venue on Cherry Hinton Road, Cambridge.
Openspace is hosting an exhibition of Julia Ball's large oil paintings borrowed from private collections (Weekends of 17/18, 24/25 October & 31st October - 1st November 2026).
