About this Event

Join us at the Center for Human Performance at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego for a one-day Practitioners Summit focused on Bridging the Gap from Rehab to Performance.

Bringing together leading clinicians, performance coaches and applied researchers, this event will explore how objective data, evidence-informed practice and interdisciplinary collaboration can improve decision-making across the rehabilitation and performance continuum.

Designed for physical therapists, athletic trainers, strength & conditioning coaches, sport scientists and performance practitioners, the summit will provide practical strategies to support rehabilitation, return to performance and long-term athletic development.

The day will conclude with a social event on Saturday evening, offering an opportunity to connect with peers and speakers in an informal setting.
