Practice + Ritual

This is your reason to finally wind down.
Practice + Ritual is a monthly gathering at Street Theory Collective in Central Square, Cambridge -a two-part, multi-sensory experience for people who want to break up the week, build something new, and actually feel good doing it.
The evening moves in two parts.
The Practice. Six o’clock. Come in, put the day down, and go inward. Gentle visuals projected into the gallery space, sound meditation, and guided relaxation hold the room while you rest. No experience necessary. No right way to do it. Just a quiet hour that encouragedecompression.

The Ritual. Seven o’clock. Come back out of rest slowly. Herbal mocktails and cocktails, curated sound, and an opportunity to connect and in community with people who showed up for the same reasons you did. Energy that feels good.
Two hours. One for yourself. One for each other.
A midweek pause. A soft landing. A reason to leave work on time.
Every third Wednesday. 6PM - 8PM.
