Power Up does Writing for Wellbeing

Our Power Up Spring Half-Term is here!

Being Creaitve and socialising are great ways to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned this workshop exploring creative writing for young people in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

We are joined by friendly local author, Helen Comerford, to explore writing for fun, relaxation and to boost your wellbeing. In this taster workshop, where you can:

• Write your own poetry and prose using fun prompts.
• Get creative with games, crafts and more.
• Create your own journal and journaling prompts.

All young people aged 13-18YO are welcome - bring a friend if you'd like. Whether you're a keen poet, keep a secret diary or have never written for fun before, this friendly workshop will get you writing and creating.

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.
