Power Up does Nature Sounds - With Wild Rhythm Cardiff

Our Power Up Spring Half-Term is here!

Nature, socialising and being creative are great ways to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned this workshop exploring the sound of nature for young people in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

This session we will meet at Bute Park Visitor centre from where we can wander the park if the weather permits. In a relaxed and creative atmosphere, the facilitators from Wild Rhythm Cardiff (Enhance Your Overall Wellbeing with the Power of Nature and Sound) will help us explore sonification technology as well as other creative ways to experience nature and her sounds.

Perfect for anyone who likes to think outside the box, those interested in sound design and/or nature and anyone creative!

All young people and young adults aged 12-17YO are welcome - bring a friend if you'd like.

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Please ensure you are contactable if you are a parent/guardian in case we need any consent/ disclaimers on behalf of the venues (e.g. for any outdoor exercise activities)

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty craftin, where applicable
