Power of One Wellness Series: Women’s Health Panel

I’m excited to announce the next installment of the Power of One Wellness Series—a women’s health panel held on Wednesday, Nov. 13, from noon-1 p.m. in the James E. Walsh Theater. 

Previously, women’s health was a subject that didn’t have a lot of research behind it. But this has not been the case over the last few years, and we’re thrilled to have the opportunity to present the newest developments in the field. 

Be prepared to go deeper into learning more about hormone, mental, and pelvic health, syncing your movement and nutrition with your cycle, and additional remedies that can help make the perimenopause and menopause transitions smoother. 

This panel will be both in-person and virtual. In-person attendance is capped at 50, and lunch will be served for those individuals. 

This panel is open to anyone who wishes to attend—just be prepared that this panel will go into great detail about women’s health and anatomy.
