The focus is on transforming the Highway 218 overpass into a vibrant, welcoming first impression that reflects the economic vitality of our city. We are excited to invite you to join us in shaping our collective vision of Downtown Waterloo with walkabouts scheduled for November 13th and 14th. This is a unique opportunity for the community to come together and envision how we can integrate the practical utility of the overpass with dynamic public spaces and events. Our goal is to create a connected gateway that enhances the heart of downtown, attracting residents and visitors alike.
We encourage your participation in this collaborative effort to gather ideas, engage the public, and help change the perception of this space.
