About this Event

This public event launches new Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung research on AI, digitalisation and the future of work.

The event will examine how technologies such as AI systems, algorithmic management and workplace surveillance are reshaping working life, and what this means for workers, trade unions and policymaking.

The programme includes a presentation on the comparative synthesis report "Negotiating Digitalised Workplaces", bringing together findings from seven countries including Ireland.

A panel discussion will then explore AI and the future of work and what it means for younger generations, with a particular focus on gender.
