The Leadership and Management Capability Framework for Nurses & Midwives will identify the essential leadership and management capabilities required to support nurses and midwives to develop in management career pathways from staff nurse/midwife roles to executive level nurse and midwife roles.

By taking part, you will help shape a Framework that strengthens leadership and management capabilities, supports effective multidisciplinary teamwork, and enables more integrated, safe, and person‑centred care across health and social care settings.
