What is Pound?! It’s a high energy drum-based choreographed cardio and core-focused workout. Stationary and adaptable for all fitness stages you become the music as you rock out and lose yourself in the rock concert aspects of class. Beginner? No problem. Injuries or considerations needed for certain moves? No problem. Not coordinated? No problem. We are gonna jam out together and celebrate our strength and be silly right along together.
