About this Event

VENDOR REGISTRATION


14th Annual Hilliard Kidsfest 4/5/25

This is our largest spring festival is a great way to connect with local families during the season. Fun event that helps families connect with area business, find summer camps, classes, education, care & programs for adults/kids, items for their home, shopping or simply connecting with parents / moms. It will attract families and community from Hilliard, Dublin, Plain City, Upper Arlington, Galloway, and the west side of Franklin County – Columbus Ohio. Great way to find new customers with 4,000 - 5,000+ attendees. It will be fun!



When: April 5th 2025 (Saturday, 9AM - 1PM)


Where:Franklin County Fairgrounds (4951 Northwest Pkwy, Hilliard, OH 43026 – Edwards & Gaynard Building



Who Attends: Families from Hilliard, Dublin, Plain City, Upper Arlington, Galloway, and the west side of Franklin County – Columbus Ohio.


Expected Attendance: 4,000-5,000

• Why families attend the event: This family event connects parents with classes (kids or adults), summer camps (day or overnight), education, care, & programs, local community resources, health & wellness, items for their house, shopping, or simply things that you need when you are an adult (insurance, buying a home, or just other adult stuff).



What to do at the event:


· BUNNY FUN from Bunny Breakfast, Columbus Bunny Run, Bunny Meet & Greet, bunny coloring contest and 10 Candy Hunts!



• Fun items: · Includes bounce park, huge carnival game area, mechanical Shark Ride, laser tag, barrel train, pony rides, petting zoo, fun food, lollipop, game, magician, world famous dog show, balloon artist, face painter, fun prize wheel, duck matching games (win different Easter items!), new Bubble-Bubble Gum game, free popcorn, cotton candy, and cookies and food & treat trucks!

  • Columbus Bunny Run: The original Bunny Run is the must do run to kickoff the spring! This race provides several options from the 1.5 or 3 mile run (awards by gender) or the Fun Run option of .25 or .5 miles).



• Summer Camp Expo: Find great options from day camps, overnight camps and more.



• What to do at the Event: Find local resources, classes, shopping products, kids items. plus discover and shop for neat things for your home.
