Pottery Class Terms & Conditions

• Bookings: All class bookings are non-refundable 7 days prior to event.
• Changes & credits: If something comes up and you can’t make it, just reach out — we’re happy to offer a voucher so you can join another class instead.
• The nature of clay: Working with clay is a beautiful but imperfect process. Each piece goes through drying and firing, and sometimes cracking, warping, or breakage can happen despite our best care. It’s all part of the magic (and mystery) of pottery.
• Finished pieces: While we do everything we can to look after your creations, we’re unable to guarantee the final result or offer refunds or remakes for pieces that don’t make it through the process.
