We continue our journey through the chakras with the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - the centre of creativity, emotional flow, pleasure, connection, and vitality. When this chakra is balanced, we feel more fluid, inspired, emotionally available, and able to enjoy life with ease. When it’s blocked, we may experience emotional stagnation, creative burnout, or a sense of disconnection from ourselves and others.

In this nourishing workshop, you’re invited to gently explore and awaken your Sacral Chakra through the powerful combination of Kundalini Yoga, conscious breath, intention setting, and a deeply restorative gong bath.
